About the treatment
A targeted 45 minute session for the temporomandibular joint and surrounding muscles. We address the jaw, temples, cheeks, upper neck, and (with your consent) intraoral trigger points inside the mouth using gloved hands — the most effective way to release the deep jaw musculature responsible for clenching, grinding, and tension headaches. Especially helpful for clients with TMJ dysfunction, bruxism, chronic jaw pain, or referred ear and temple pain.
